The jury
Every entry is scored by an independent jury drawn from government, utilities, industry, research and policy. Jurors score individually against the published criteria and the scores are averaged. Jurors declare conflicts of interest and step out of any category where they hold a commercial stake. The organiser does not vote. Jurors cannot see whether an applicant has paid.
The 2027 jury is announced before entries close. We publish names only once appointments are confirmed in writing.
