Public vote
Some categories are decided partly by public vote. Anyone may vote once per category. Votes are combined with independent jury marks to produce the final result, so a large mailing list alone does not win the award.
How the result is calculated. The public vote is worth 40% and the independent jury's marks are worth 60%.
Votes are normalised, so the nominee with the most votes scores 100 on the vote component and everyone else is scored relative to them.
A large mailing list on its own does not win the award.
